The customer had 2 rooms of carpet that needed to be re-stretched. She only had her carpet for 1 year and it was already loose and creating waves in the carpet. This is caused by poor installation. We get many calls for this because some companies do not install the carpet tight enough.
Just like with our stretching process, we do all of our new installations with a power stretcher.
